By accessing and using Propyfy (the “Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement (“Terms & Conditions”).

If you do not agree to abide by all the terms specified herein, please discontinue using the platform immediately. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legally binding agreement between you and Propyfy.

• “Service / Platform”: The Propyfy website, mobile application, customer portals, and all property consultation tools.
• “User”: Any individual or entity browsing, registering, or interacting with the platform.
• “Content”: All text, data, property listings, architectural renderings, calculations, and media published on Propyfy.
• “Transaction”: Any real estate inquiry, booking expression, valuation request, or financing coordination.
• “You / Your”: Refers to the user accessing the platform.
• “We / Us / Our”: Refers to Propyfy, its management, and lawful affiliates.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in:

• Uploading fraudulent, misleading, or infringing property listings or media.
• Using automated spiders, scrapers, or scripts to harvest real estate listings without authorization.
• Attempting to compromise platform infrastructure or introduce malicious code.
• Impersonating Propyfy executives, brokers, or legal representatives.
• Engaging in money laundering, price manipulation, or illegal commercial acts.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, designs, layouts, trademarks, domain names, and brand assets displayed on Propyfy are the exclusive intellectual property of Propyfy and its licensors.

No portion of this site or mobile application may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

While Propyfy conducts rigorous verification checks, buyers and investors must perform independent title searches, physical site inspections, and municipal record reviews before executing sale deeds.

8. Transactions & Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry or booking form expresses intent but does not constitute a completed sale or binding conveyance. Actual property purchase contracts are executed directly between buyers and verified property titleholders.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Propyfy collaborates with accredited banking institutions for home loan assistance. Loan approvals, interest rates, and processing terms remain subject to third-party bank underwriting guidelines.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Propyfy, its founder Himanshu Jindal, employees, and partners against any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

11. Termination

Propyfy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach platform rules, indulge in fraudulent activities, or jeopardize user security, without prior notice.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Morbi, Gujarat, India.

13. Limitation Period

Any legal claim arising from your use of Propyfy must be initiated within ONE (1) YEAR of the incident. Claims brought thereafter shall be permanently barred.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions as services expand. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued usage signifies full acceptance of revised terms.

15. Severability

If any provision herein is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire understanding between you and Propyfy regarding platform usage.
